My name is Mike Paze, and I’ve spent the last 40 years building a career and reputation in the flooring industry. What started as a hands-on installation job has grown into a lifelong passion and a thriving business that has served thousands of satisfied residential and commercial customers.

I began my journey working directly with my hands—installing floors, learning the tools, and understanding how each material responds in real-world conditions. From there, I committed myself to learning everything I could about the craft. I studied product lines, installation techniques, and customer needs. That full-spectrum knowledge is what allows me to confidently guide clients to the right product for the right space—every time.

Over the years, I’ve had the honor of working on a wide range of projects. My work can be found in Regal 4D and Alamo theaters, the Denver Merchandise Mart, Mark Convention Center, Parade of Homes showcase properties, and even the luxurious homes of sports figures like Denver Broncos players and Poppy Jones. My flooring installations are part of the guest experience at top restaurants like Snooze and Chart House and across thousands of residential properties throughout Colorado.
