Michael Hock joined Earth Saving Solutions in 2012 as Vice President of Operations, bringing a strong financial background and strategic vision to the company. With over a decade of construction management experience, Michael has successfully overseen numerous commercial projects while implementing robust financial operations including AP/AR, job cost accounting, payroll, and comprehensive financial reporting systems.
Michael is dedicated to maintaining ESS’s reputation as a quality-driven contractor that builds lasting confidence with clients. His expertise in financial planning and operational management has been instrumental in identifying new areas for growth across multiple divisions while ensuring alignment with the company’s overall corporate strategy.
In addition to his role at ESS, Michael serves as Managing Partner of Colorado Homes & Design, the company’s kitchen, bath, and flooring design showroom, where he oversees strategic planning, vendor relationships, and sales operations.
Michael graduated from Metropolitan State University of Denver in 2007 with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. He is an active member of the National Kitchen + Bath Association.
