I built my career from the ground up, starting in the trades by working alongside my father. Over the years, I gained hands-on experience in various trades such as painting, HVAC, and general construction before joining the Laborers Union in NYC. That foundation led me to construction management, where I started as an assistant superintendent on 10,000–40,000 sq. ft. commercial tenant improvement projects.
For the next seven years, I traveled as a site supervisor, managing fast-paced projects and crews across the country. Last year, I joined Earth Saving Solutions (ESS) and quickly worked my way up to Director of Construction, doing what I do best—orchestrating multiple projects, teams, and schedules to deliver high-quality results.
