Jamin Katzer serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Earth Saving Solutions (ESS), bringing a wealth of experience in construction management to the company’s commercial and residential projects. As a senior leader, Jamin plays a pivotal role in overseeing project operations, client relationships, and quality control across ESS’s wide range of services, ensuring each project is executed to the highest standards.
With a background as a Senior Construction Manager and Project Manager, Jamin has been instrumental in ESS’s growth and the development of standardized processes. He has successfully led numerous high-profile projects, including:
- Managing the McLane Trucking Depot project in Longmont, overseeing over $1.5 million worth of renovations, including bathroom remodels, office build-outs, mechanics building renovations, and facility upgrades
- Supervising approximately 150-200 residential projects during ESS’s partnership with Lowe’s from 2017 to 2019
- Overseeing commercial renovations for major retail brands including Circle K, Kohl’s, and Walmart
- Coordinating complex projects through Divisions Maintenance Group for national clients
Jamin’s expertise extends to project planning and execution, with a strong emphasis on multi-trade coordination, MEP systems integration, quality assurance, and project timeline management. He has established a proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget, with a 95% on-time completion rate that has made ESS a preferred contractor for time-sensitive commercial projects.
Additionally, Jamin played an instrumental role in the Boulder flood recovery efforts from 2014 to 2016, collaborating with county officials to successfully close and finalize recovery projects amid the challenges of government funding. This experience enhanced his expertise in disaster recovery construction and emergency response coordination.
Throughout his 15+ year career in construction, Jamin has cultivated strong relationships with subcontractors, material suppliers, and trade partners across the industry.
