Summary
Vietnam veteran Pat Smith's home was severely damaged when a 54-foot tree crashed into his living and dining room during high winds in April. After an arborist assessment, Smith was connected with Chris Hock of Earth Saving Solutions, who initially planned minor repairs but expanded the project to a complete renovation of Smith's 4,000-square-foot home. With the help of nearly three dozen contracting partners and donations, Hock and his team are completing this extensive renovation at no cost to Smith, who has spent 31 years helping fellow veterans through the American Legion.
