From Condemned to Cherished: 70-Year-Old Mom’s Emotional Return Home | Limbardi | ESS

In this heartwarming transformation story, watch as 70-year-old Mrs. Limbardi returns to her childhood home for the first time in six months after it was condemned due to devastating water damage, mold, and neglect.

THE BACKSTORY 💔
After a serious fall landed Mrs. Lombardi in the hospital and rehabilitation for months, a water leak devastated her home. With no one to care for her inherited animals and mounting damage, the situation spiraled out of control. Water damage, mold growth, and accumulation of items made the house uninhabitable and it was condemned by authorities.

When her son Mike reached out to Earth Saving Solutions, Chris Hock and his team discovered:
– Ankle-deep water throughout the first floor
– Knee-deep water in the basement
– Extensive mold damage
– Asbestos issues
– Animal waste and severe odors
