- Decks and Covered Patios: Covered spaces are leading the way, favored over porches or open patios
- Spa Features: Zero-threshold showers, in-floor heating, and fire pits are now more expected than optional
- Full-height Quartz Backsplashes & No-Grout Surrounds: Dekton-style looks are big—if the pricing comes down, it’ll explode
4. What’s Fading Fast
- Sterile, gray palettes
- Overly built-in planters and high-maintenance landscaping
- Furniture that looks good but fails in the elements (clients want durability and storage)
