For remodels and rebuilds, we move into layout, permitting, and selections. Through our design partners and showroom at Colorado Homes & Design, you’ll visualize your space with 3D renderings and material samples.

Build & Execute
Completion & Walkthrough
We conduct a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets expectations. Any punch list items are addressed promptly, and we remain available long after completion for warranty support and future service.
